• If Employed: Salary slips for last 3-months + Leave approval letter + Salary account statements for last 3 months showing salary credited.
• If Freelancer: Contract copy / Invoices / Visiting Card.
• If Agriculturist: 7/12 translated in English
• If Student: School/College ID Card / Bonafide Letter + Leave approval
• If Retired: Retirement proof / Pension Order/Pension Slips Adhaar / Pan card copy
• ITR: Income Tax Acknowledgement / ITR-V from the last three (3) years
• Original personal bank statements for last 3 months with bank seal & sign.
• Covid Vaccination certificates both doses with Passport number, Date of Birth & name as per passport updated.
• Minor travelers: a minor accompanied by one parent shall provide an Original notarized NOC by the other parent, plus copies of parents passports or ID · a minor travelling alone shall provide an Original notarized NOC by both parents / legal guardians, plus copies of parents passports or ID. This document needs to be apostilled.

• Original Invitation letter from France.
• Original Attestation d’accueil (proof of accommodation) Passport copy
• Copy of the id card or residence permit, mentioning the right to reside in France.
• Proof of recent income if sponsoring: (3 last salary slip + Bank statements 3 months, last income tax assessment paper.

A Business Visa is given those who are doing business in France such as making sales or establishing contacts on behalf of a company outside India

• The request letter, the summons or the invitation from your correspondent in France accurately describing the activity, the purpose, the duration and the location of the meeting, seminar or conference; Admission cards to trade fairs or conferences; A commitment by the inviting organization or company to cover all the visitor’s costs during his/her stay.
• If Self Employed: Company registration proof/ Shop Act/ Partnership deed/MOA.
