The Travel Visa C or Schengen Visa C, is a short-term visa which allows its holder to reside in a Schengen Area for a certain period of time depending on the visa validity. Schengen Visa allows the holders to remain for a maximum of 90 days, within a 180 day period, in the Schengen Area.

• Covering letter mentioning details of application, purpose of visit, travel details, who will bear expenses, and profession details. (If self-employed require on company letterhead).
• If Self Employed: Company registration proof/ Shop Act/ Partnership deed/MOA.
• If Employed: Salary slips for last 3-months + Leave approval letter + Salary account statements for last 3 months showing salary credited.
• If Freelancer: Contract copy / Invoices / Visiting Card.
• If Agriculturist: 7/12 translated in English
• If Student: School/College ID Card / Bonafide Letter + Leave approval
• If Retired: Retirement proof / Pension Order/Pension Slips Adhaar / Pan card copy
• ITR: Income Tax Acknowledgement / ITR-V from the last three (3) years
• Original personal bank statements for last 3 months with bank seal & sign.
• Covid Vaccination certificates both doses with Passport number, Date of Birth & name as per passport updated.
• Minor travelers: a minor accompanied by one parent shall provide an Original notarized NOC by the other parent, plus copies of parents passports or ID · a minor travelling alone shall provide an Original notarized NOC by both parents / legal guardians, plus copies of parents passports or ID. This document needs to be apostilled.

• Invitation of the person in Belgium stating the purpose of stay, address, telephone number, e-mail address and the period of stay of the guest(s). If guarantor in Belgium is financing the entire trip:
• Original of a guarantee letter (according to article 3bis of law of 15/12/1980), legalized by the municipality where he/she is residing (+ 1 copy).
• Copy of the id card or residence permit of the guarantor, mentioning the right to reside in Belgium for an unlimited period.
• Family composition (document available at the municipality where the guarantor resides).
• Proof of recent income of the guarantor: (3 last salary slip + child benefits) or last income tax assessment paper from the tax department in Belgium
