• The B-1/B-2 visitor visa is for people traveling to the United States.
• B-1 visa is for travelers consulting with business associates, attending scientific, educational, professional or business conventions/conferences, settling an estate or negotiating contracts.
• B-2 visa is for travel that is recreational in nature, including tourism, visits with friends or relatives, medical treatment and activities of a fraternal, social or service nature
• B-1/B-2 visitor visa is for people traveling to the United States temporarily for business or for pleasure or medical treatment.
• Often, the B-1 and B-2 visas are combined and issued as one visa: the B-1/B-2.

• Original Passport of the applicant with at least two blank pages, valid for at least three months after the duration of the anticipated stay and issued in the last ten (10) years. Old passports if any.
• Hotel reservations or similar proof of accommodation for entire duration of stay. If any.
• Certificate from the travel agency confirming booking of an organized trip or any other appropriate document indicating the travel plans. If any.
• Day to Day Itinerary specifying entry and exit dates.
• If Self Employed: Company registration proof / Shop Act / Partnership deed / MOA.
• If Employed: Salary slips for last 6-months + Leave approval letter + Salary account statements for last 6 months showing salary credited.
• If Freelancer: Contract copy / Invoices / Visiting Card.
• If Agriculturist: 7/12 translated in English.
• If Student: School/College ID Card / Bonafide Letter.
• If Retired: Retirement proof / Pension Order / Pension Slips.
• Adhaar / Pan card copy
• ITR last three (3) years (only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form or Acknowledgement is accepted)
• Original personal bank statements for last 6 months with bank seal & sign.
• Any other financial documents: FD, Shares, Mutual Funds, PPF.
• Children under 18 years old, not travelling with both parents: written consent letter of the other, non-travelling parent or legal guardian, certified by public notary.
• Children under 18 years old, travelling alone: written consent letter of both parents or legal guardian, certified by public notary.
• In all cases: copies of the passports of both parents (legal guardian) or PAN cards or driving license.
• Invitation letter from the host in US with full details of the inviter; full name, address, Email-ID and telephone number.
• The invitation letter has to be in original or a clear copy, dated and signed, mentioning names of all the invitees, the duration of stay, the relationship and the purpose of the invitation.
• Relationship proof documents: for example copies of letters, emails, photographs together, birth certificates and marriage certificates etc.
• Passport copy of Host.
• If not US citizen – Valid Visa/Resident permit copy.
• If Host is paying for your support in US then 03 months’ pay slips and 3 months bank statements.
• Affidavit of support I-134.

• Original Passport of the applicant with at least two blank pages, valid for at least three months after the duration of the anticipated stay and issued in the last ten (10) years. Old passports if any
• Pan Card / Aadhaar card copy
• Introduction letter from the Indian company: On a business letterhead, original, signed & stamped by HR or directorate mentioning your position, duration of your service, the dates and purpose of the trip and if your expenses are being covered by the employer/company
• Invitation letter from the business partner in US: With full details of the inviter: full name, address, and Email-ID and telephone number. Original or copy, signed & stamped, mentioning the invitee details, the dates and purpose of the trip with detailed schedule of the business meetings or trainings (day to day schedule)
• For conferences or training, confirmation of the applicant’s enrolment and, if applicable, proof of payment of the enrolment fees.
• If Self Employed: Company registration proof / Shop Act / Partnership deed / MOA.
• If Employed: Salary slips for last 6-months + Salary account statements for last 6 months showing salary credited.
• If Freelancer: Contract copy / Invoices / Visiting Card.
• ITR: Income Tax Acknowledgement / ITR-V from the last three (3) years (only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form or Acknowledgement is accepted)
• Original personal bank statements for last 6 months with bank seal & sign.
