Tourist/Family/Friend

• Original passport should be issued less than 10 years with a minimum validity of 6 months beyond the intended duration of stay in Turkish territory and with at least two full blank pages.
• 2 biometric photos with a white background that were taken within the last 6 months, depicting the full face including ears and all hair, clearly and completely visible without shadow, in 2.5inch x 2.5inch size.
• Travel insurance (valid for at least duration of the trip in Turkey)
• Confirmed reservation of round trip flight ticket
• Hotel reservation- for entire duration of stay.
• Day to day tour itinerary.
• If Self Employed: Company registration proof/ Shop Act/ Partnership deed/MOA. Applicant needs to provide proof in which applicant/company name should be mentioned.Notarised and Mantralaya/MEA attestation needs to be done on it.
• If Employed: Salary slips for last 6-months + Original Leave approval letter + Salary account statements for last 6 months showing salary credited.
• Original Authorization Letter (required from the applicant and travel agent in case application is submitted by a Representative or Travel Agent.
• If Freelancer: Contract copy / Invoices / Visiting Card.
• If Agriculturist: 7/12 translated in English
• If Student: School/College ID Card / Bonafide Letter + Leave approval
• If Retired: Retirement proof / Pension Order/Pension Slips
• Income tax returns for 3 years.
• Original personal bank statements for last 6 months with bank seal & sign. Balance should be 1 lakh per person.
• For Minors: Covering letter from both the parents is needed if minor is travelling alone. Parents passport photocopy needs to be attached. Consent letter from both parents even if minor is travelling with both parents. NOC must be on 100Rs stamp paper with photos of parents and applicant & notarized.
• Marriage Certificate of the Couple issued by the marriage registrar / Affidavit required attested by Notary Public/Weddıng Card (If couples applying together and name not mentioned on passport).

Documents from Friends/Family:

• Invitation letter including passport number and full name of the applicant
• Copy of the passport
• Bank account of the inviter.
• Accommodation proof.

• Cover letter by the employer/company of the applicant mentioning the purpose and duration of stay, accompanying persons if any, etc. with a pledge for covering expenses of the trip and for taking responsibility.
• Registration letter from relevant chamber of commerce. (Copy must be attested by Mantralaya or MEA and notarized.)
• Invitation letter including the name/passport no. of the invitees and duration/purpose of stay; permanent address and contact no. of the inviting person/company (with company tax number, letterhead, signature, and seal/stamp) with a pledge for covering expenses of the trip and for taking responsibility.
• Company registration documents. Original notary and Mantralaya/MEA attestation needs to be done for each applicant.
• If Self Employed: Company registration proof / Shop Act / Partnership deed / MOA. Original notary and Mantralaya/MEA attestation needs to be done for each applicant.
• If Employed: Salary slips for last 6 months + Original Leave approval letter + Salary account statements for last 6 months showing salary credited.
• If Freelancer: Contract copy / Invoices / Visiting Card.
• Applicant ITR: Income Tax Acknowledgement / ITR-V from the last three (3) years (only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form or Acknowledgement is accepted)
• Original Authorization Letter (required from the applicant and travel agent in case application is submitted by a Representative or Travel Agent)
