Tourist/Family/Friend

• Original Valid Passport for 6 months from date of entry.
• Two recent photographs (not older than 3 months) of applicant Size – 3.5×4.5cm, white background & matt finish, with applicant’s signature on the back.
• Return confirmed travel ticket.
• Bank statement of six months (must be original attested by the bank) with equivalent minimum current balance to USD 700 per person.
• Covering letter mentioning the details of travel and who will bear expenses.
• Proof of hotel/accommodation reservation in Thailand with contact number and address
• Travel Insurance.
• Documents from Friends/Family from Thailand :
• Passport copy.
• Visa / Resident card if non Thai Citizen. Valid at least six months.
• Invitation letter.
• Address proof in Thailand.

• Original Passport of the applicant with at least two blank pages, valid for at least three months after the duration of the anticipated stay and issued in the last ten (10) years.
• Old passports if any 2 visa photos not older than 6 months of the applicant, 35-45 mm and on a white background.
• Pan Card copy
• One copy of the pages of the passport with biographic data (in the case of an Indian passport, at the beginning and the end). Pages of the passport which have any stamp or visa
• Travel insurance with a minimum coverage of 30,000 Euros.
• Hotel reservations, or similar proof of accommodation for entire duration of stay in Schengen
• Internal Travel booking.
• Air tickets.
• Indian Company cover letter mentioning purpose of visit, designation of the visitor, and the intended duration and days of stay (if applicants require multiple-entry visa, tentative traveling date should be mentioned).
• Indian Company’s registration and certificate issued by the India government.
• Indian Company’s bank statement for 3 months with Original bank stamp and ITR for 1 year.
• Invitation letter from the business partner in Taiwan o With full details of the inviter: full name, address, and Email-ID and telephone number. o Original or copy, signed & stamped, mentioning the invitee details, the dates and purpose of the trip with detailed schedule of the business meetings or trainings (day to day schedule)
• Proof of Transaction, e.g. LC/remittance receipts/business correspondence between trading parties, if any.
• For conferences or training, confirmation of the applicant’s enrolment and, if applicable, proof of payment of the enrolment fees.
• If Self Employed: Company registration proof/ Shop Act/ Partnership deed/MOA.
• If Employed: Salary slips for last 6-months + Leave approval letter + Salary account statements for last 6 months showing salary credited.
• If Freelancer: Contract copy / Invoices / Visiting Card.
• Applicant ITR: Income Tax Acknowledgement / ITR-V from the last three (3) years(only ITR-V, Indian Income Tax Return Verification Form or Acknowledgement is accepted)
• Applicant Original personal bank statements for last 6 months with bank seal & sign.
• Covid Vaccination certificates both doses with Passport number, Date of Birth & name as per passport updated
