• Accommodation proof in Philippines.
• Flight tickets from visa applicants shall no longer be required. Visa applicants are advised to finalize their bookings/tickets only when they have already secured their visas. No urgent visas will be issued.
• Copy of final Covid-19 vaccination certificate
• Travel Insurance for Covid-19 treatment costs from reputable insurance providers with a minimum coverage of USD 35,000.00 for the duration of the stay in the Philippines.
