• If Self Employed: Company registration proof/ Shop Act/ Partnership deed/MOA.
• If Employed: Salary slips for last 3-months + Leave approval letter + Salary account statements for last 3 months showing salary credited.
• If Freelancer: Contract copy / Invoices / Visiting Card.
• If Agriculturist: 7/12 translated in English
• If Student: School/College ID Card / Bonafide Letter + Leave approval
• If Retired: Retirement proof / Pension Order/Pension Slips
• Adhaar / Pan card copy
• ITR: Income Tax Acknowledgement / ITR-V from the last three (3) years
• Original personal bank statements for last 3 months with bank seal & sign.
• Covid Vaccination certificates both doses with Passport number, Date of Birth & name as per passport updated.
• Minor travelers: a minor accompanied by one parent shall provide an Original notarized NOC by the other parent, plus copies of parents passports or ID · a minor travelling alone shall provide an Original notarized NOC by both parents / legal guardians, plus copies of parents passports or ID. This document needs to be apostilled.

• Passport copy Visa / Resident Permit copy.
• For “visiting relatives”: Certified copy of the family register, etc. For “visiting acquaintances”: letters/e-mails, bills for international phone calls, photos of the visa applicants and inviting person taken together, etc.
• Certificate of residence ’Jyuminhyo’ (with description of his/ her family relationship with all family members)(In the case of “Visiting his/her spouse is Japanese) Certified copy of the family register ’Kosekitohon’
• Original Invitation Letter.
• Original Guarantee Letter.
• Itinerary in Japan.
(When there are multiple applicants) List of Visa Applicant. Proof of recent income if sponsoring: (3 last salary slip + Bank statements 3 months, last income tax assessment paper.

To qualify as a business visitor to Canada, you must show that:

• Original Letter of guarantee

• If Employed: Salary slips for last 3-months + Salary account statements for last 3 months showing salary credited.
